John 14:27
27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
These words are sweet assurance from our Lord to my heart. Tomorrow I'm re-marrying my ex-wife and love of my life. After a tumultuous first marriage and painful divorce, I still feel waves of fear and anxiety concerning tomorrow; even considering how far she and I have come. Our hearts have healed tremendously and our relationship is certainly in much better health. God be praised for the restoration He has done! God be praised for forgiveness and reconciliation!
