Every year my husband looks forward to the beginning of KOSI 101's non-stop Christmas music programming -- for him, it's one sign that Christmas is on its way. I enjoy it, too, but sometimes find KOSI's repertoire a little limited. As a choral geek, I've gotten to sing a range of Christmas music that you'll never hear on popular radio. And not just any old Christmas music, but drop-dead gorgeous music.
So with that in mind, I'd like to share one of my favorites, "Lo, how a rose e'er blooming," here sung in the original German as "Es ist ein Ros' Entsprungen."
